Account Management

You can set up 30 day accounts with us and we will give you your own account manager who will deliver an outstanding service at all times. You can ask them anything, send them orders direct via email and they will monitor the status of your orders ensuring they are dispatched in the fastest time.

They will send you regular communication which will including details of new products and promotions, which we think you may be interested in.

Depending on the nature of your business, we can discuss holding stock for you and distribute direct to the end user, as well as providing regular reports showing orders pending, orders dispatched etc.

You can request a special portal so that your staff or students can order their uniforms with ease. You can set up only the products that are specific to your overall uniform requirements and can make items compulsory or optional.

Any embroidery, print or badge specifications you might have will be stored in your account and easily applied to any future orders.

You will be given a direct telephone number for your account manager and will receive a visit at least twice per annum.

Bespoke Design Service

We will be your personal style consultants to help you look and feel great! We have a large selection of garments that we manufacture completely on-site. This allows us to create you a truly bespoke uniform, whether that be custom style, adjustments to an existing style or a custom colour or colour combination.

We are always more than happy to help you achieve a complete, professional, branded image that sets you apart from your competitors.

Bespoke Online Ordering Portal

Our account customers can benefit from bespoke online portals so that you can carry out and monitor repeat orders with ease. Alternatively, you can set up the portal so that your staff or students can order their uniforms with ease where you control which products are compulsory, which are optional and how many are required per person.


Embroidery is the most popular method  of personalising your garments to give you a professional look, that not only makes you stand out from the crowd, but also makes you look and feel great. Embroidery can be applied to many different types of fabric, making it a perfect solution to brand your workwear!  

To place your embroidery order, you will need to email orders@salonweardirect.co.uk ensuring you include the following information:

  • The style, colour, size & quantity required for each garment you wish to order and have the embroidery applied to
  • The position on the garment/s you would like the embroidery to be applied to
  • Don’t forget to attach the jpeg for the logo – this will incur a one off cost of £25 plus vat to have the logo set up for you

As well as embroidering logo’s we can also embroider the tunics with a name of your choice – e.g Caitlin – this will incur a one off cost of £10 plus vat to have this set up for you, irrespective of whether you have one name or more.  If you require a name only we will require the following information:

  • Name to be embroidered
  • Colour of thread
  • Font of lettering
  • Position on the garment/s you would like the embroidery applied to

In addition to the above, we will also need your billing & shipping address and contact telephone number to enable us to call you for payment.

Once payment has been taken we will set the embroidery up for you.  A swatch of your name or design will be posted to an address of your choice for you to  approve.  Once you have approved this, we will be able to embroider your garments and proceed with your order.

The first order can take up to 15 working days, repeat orders will be much quicker, subject to stock availability.

Please note once your order has been embroidered we will not be able to accept any returned items for either a refund or exchange of size, so please try all garments first to ensure you have a comfortable fit, before you give permission for these to be embroidered.

We offer text and logo printing on all our garments. You can choose the positioning, size and colours.

Printed Badges

You can add printed name and/or logo badges to your order to personalise your staff uniform.
